    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue. Canon MX420, Mac OS X Yosemite. I've been using the printer/scanner for 5 months and all of a sudden it stopped working and I'm getting the same error message (code 2.249.0).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;turned printer on/off&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;un/plugged printer from power source&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;un/plugged&amp;nbsp;USB connection from laptop&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;deleted and reinstalled printer/scanner from system preferences&amp;gt;Printers &amp;amp; Scanners&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these has worked. I managed to make it work via WiFi&amp;nbsp;but I'm not always connected to it so this is not a long-term solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the input!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
