    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have printed a test page from the printer itself (network configuration page), but when I try to scan or print through the computer (mac os), I receove the follwoing error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot communicate with the scanner for these reasons:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-scanner is turned off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-USB cable is disconnected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pleasecheck and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanner driver will be closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.156.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THe scanner is turned on and the USB cable is connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a MAC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unistalled the software and reinstalled. Its the same error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
