    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a windows 8 system in a hp envy computer.&amp;nbsp;I found the place under scanner and printer and it says I need to put in a disk in order to add the scanner but I do not have the disk.&amp;nbsp; Your help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Canon MP 230 printer that is not scanning.&amp;nbsp; I am able to print documents however.&amp;nbsp; I have tried suggestions posted earlier.&amp;nbsp; Any help would greatly be appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
