ip8720 keeps printing my name on print.

I once enabled my printer to print my name on the borders of my prints. Since I've disabled that function in page setup and 'stamp/background' it still prints my name on the border. Is this a malfunction of the printer or must I do something further?

Please try reinstalling the printer driver.

The latest driver is available from the following link:

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/crafting-printers/ip8720?tab=drivers

Once reinstalled, please attempt to print.
