mg5620 blue ink prints in places, example-blue square prints and pink and blue stripes

My mg5620 does not indicate there are any problems, but when I print the blue only works in places. For example, a blue square prints as a blue and pink striped square. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I ran an deep cleaning and tried to clean the inside where the cartridge rests with alcohol. The sponge is not clogged and there is ink in the cartridge- The printer and cartridges are new. Thanks to anyone who can helpl.
