Hi SandyM6,

The PIXMA MG2100 series printer uses the Fit-to-Page feature to reduce and enlarge copies; there is not a way to adjust the size incrementally. For instructions on reducing or enlarging your document using the Fit-to-Page feature, please click here. If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.

I have printer MG2100 and would like to copy an 8.5 x 11 image, but reduce the full size to 25%. When I select 25%, it prints at the size of my thumb which is not 25 % of 8.5 x 11. The only other choice is 96%. How do I reduce an image to the size I need?
