My PC information:

1) Acer Aspire

2) i5-4440 CPU (64-bit processor)

3) 10 Gb RAM

4) 1 Tb disc

5) Windows 8.1 64-bit OS

Removed and installed from scratch many times. Still not working with the same error.

Please help resolve my Printer's Scanning problem. Thanks.

Please try temporarily disabling any antivirus or firewall software that is on your computer, then attempt to scan again. Sometimes these programs can block the scanning process. You will also want to ensure that any ports needed by the printer are unblocked in your firewall programs. For information on the ports and programs needed by the printer, please click here.
