ip4700 won't print correcting from the web

I'm hooked on the ip4700. I've had two that both eventually died (they had heavy use). I bought a used one on eBay and it works just fine for some things -printing photos, artwork, etc. BUT it won't print correctly from the web! If I try to print a page from the New York Times it will print a header but nothing else. From Rolling Stone, or the Amazon website, it's prints the pictures but not the text. From the New York Times crossword, a line at the top and nothing else. Can anyone tell me anything? Thank you, Joe Mayshark
