      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to install a new black ink cartridge on my canon&amp;nbsp; pixma mx340 printer. I get error code u059 Col. I have cleaned the heads and reinstalled but still get the same message.&amp;nbsp; I have unplugged and replugged and didn't work.&amp;nbsp; I have hit the Stop button and didn't work.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas on how to get it to work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Nikolai,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error that you are receiving indicates that the color ink cartridge needs to be replaced. &amp;nbsp;If you have already tried disabling the ink level detection function of the printer by pressing and holding&amp;nbsp;down the Stop/Reset or Resume/Cancel button on the printer for at least 7 seconds, then releasing it and are still receiving the same error, the&amp;nbsp;color ink cartridge in the unit will need to be replaced to remove the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a time-sensitive matter, additional support options are available at &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
