NEW PIXMA IX 6820 REFUSING TO PRINT ON POSTCARD STOCK

Any one else having problems with a pixma 6820 that suddenly refuses to print on postcard stock. I've not had this issue with prior printers, but this is a new one.

Any ideas will be appreciated
