    <description>&lt;P&gt;kahveen,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also getting the "printer not responding" message.&amp;nbsp; I've run the troubleshooter on the printer, and all tests come back positive (no problems).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any ideas, I would appreciate help fixing this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi omargn23&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I understand, that you have a printer MG3500 Series and the printer is not responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue might be driver related,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly provide me the following information,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Computer Operating System&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Printer Connection Method (USB Cable or Wireless)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be due to the following reason,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Setup was not done properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Windows update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Disconnecting cable while printer in use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rest assure that with a proper setup, the printer will be running as per normal again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope to hear from you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KahVeen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
