      <title>Pixma MX922 - why can't I clear "Support Code" 1403 - I have not prints pending.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting a Suport Code 1403 "&lt;EM&gt;The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head".&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no prints pending or in progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Print is brand new - two weeks old, I have removed the print head twice and reinstalled, I have powered down the printer several times. I have removed the ink cartridges several times and reinstalled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a defective print head - as I stated, the machine is only two weeks old and has maybe been used 5 times total.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hlep please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
