Hello

it seems there re no drivers available for my operating system, MacOS Mojave v10.14. Are there any other options or ways around this?

i have two macbookks with different operating systems:

mac os mojave 10.14.6

mac osX 10.6.8

Hi katiejeanne,

The printer was retired some years ago and the last driver made for this printer was for OS X Lion 10.7. While there is no driver for the Mojave 10.14 operating system there is one for OS X Snow Leopard 10.6. On your Mac with Snow Leopard, please click the link below to open the support page for the printer. .

You will want to download and install the iP1700 CUPS Printer Driver Ver. 10.51.2.0. You can try that driver on your Mac with the Mojave operating system but I can't guarantee that a driver for 10.6 will work in the 10.14 environment.
