Ink for a MG3520 In Europe?

Hi Everyone,

We recently broght a new MG3520 printer back with us from the US. We live in Europe and our last printer from the US (MP 160) worked great! However, unlike our MP 160, we can't find ink for our MG3520 anywhere!

Does anyone know if all 3500 series are compatable?

Perhaps the PG-240 cartridge goes by a diffrent designation in Europe?

If none of the above my only recourse is to buy in the US and ship to Europe (kinda pricy) or to refill the carridges.

Hi TonyG,

Canon printers and ink cartridges are region specific, so the PIXMA MG3520 purchased in the United States will only use ink cartridges manufacturered for US printers; the inks in Europe will not work in the printer.

Canon USA is unable to ship ink cartridges overseas; however, there may be an online third-party retailer that sells Canon genuine ink cartridges and also ships overseas that you can purchase ink from to use in the printer.
