      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ikovach10,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the error, if any object is placed in front of the machine, please remove it. &amp;nbsp;Next, please open the paper output tray gently, then turn the power off and back on. &amp;nbsp;If the error still appears, please turn off the machine, unplug the power cord from the power supply and leave it unplugged for 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. &amp;nbsp;If the error persists, the printer will require servicing.. &amp;nbsp;Please call or email us using one of the methods on the &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page for servicing options available to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
