      <title>Canon MX922 Scanner Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having issues in scanning using the MX922.&amp;nbsp; I followed the directions here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&amp;amp;PARTITION_ID=1&amp;amp;secureFlag=false&amp;amp;TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&amp;amp;CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&amp;amp;ARTICLE_ID=61163" target="_blank"&gt;http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&amp;amp;PARTITION_ID=1&amp;amp;secureFlag=false&amp;amp;TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&amp;amp;CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&amp;amp;ARTICLE_ID=61163&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OS is Maverick Apple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the Canon MX922 on my network and have had no issues printing.&amp;nbsp; The steps are what I have takent to attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Turn on printer and computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Verify on Computer that printer is seen on network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Press scanner on printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Hit Save/Forward on scanner option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Select "Forward Scanned Data to PC"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Select my MAC which is visible on the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Scan document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; wait 5 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;9.&amp;nbsp; Try Step 4 thru 6 again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not seeing the scanned document in my Documents folder.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
