MP 610 Same problem as many other Canon owners printer working fine ,then overnight the dreaded UO52 etc.

Anyone come up with a solution as Canon don't want to assist apart from selling another printer. Of course with this type of backup it will not be a Canon.

Printer is MG6250 - The printer has had little use and was working perfectly. Then a message is showing which states ' UO52

The type of printhead is incorrect Install the correct printhead." I have taken the ink tanks out but not sure how to remove print head. I noted that someone on this forum with different printer followed your advice to remove and replace and it worked ok. I want to try this before purchasing another one. This one has hardly been used.
