<title>topic MB2020 Scanner Issue in Desktop Inkjet Printers</title>
    <link>https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Desktop-Inkjet-Printers/MB2020-Scanner-Issue/m-p/134036#M35279</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My Maxify scanner is not recognized by Adobe Acrobat. &amp;nbsp;I can scan from the Canon I inkjet utility tool and then open a scanned file in Acrobat but would like to scan from Acrobat. &amp;nbsp;Using latest version of OSX and printer/scanner correctly displays in system preferences. Tried full install and ics scanner driver installs with no change in results. &amp;nbsp;Any tips out there?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
