topic MX922 ADF misalignment in Desktop Inkjet Printers

Hi
If I make a copy with the ADF the copy comes out shifted by about 1/4 of an inch. There is a line about 1/4 inch up from the bottom and the entire image is shifted up.

Is there any kind of adjustment I can make? The printer is new.

Thanks.

Hi terryRI,

To try and resolve the issue, please turn off and unplug the printer, then open the left-side cover of the ADF. Inside of the cover, you should see several rubber rollers. With a moistened cotton swab (you can moisten the swab with water or glass cleaner), please clean each of the rollers, being sure to rotate the rollers with the swab instead of directly touching it. Once the rollers have been cleaned, please close the ADF cover and attempt to copy again. If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
