      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did anyone ever resolve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have windows 8.1 - 64bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the canon mx890 printer / scanner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I run the setup &amp;nbsp;software I get the error:&amp;nbsp;starthtm mvc has stopped working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It actually finishes running and I can print however I do not have the Canon software installed on my machine. What I REALLY want is to be able to run a head cleaning (I can print but the quality is terible.)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help with this install problem. Or tell me how to run the head cleaning with out installing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
