    <description>&lt;P&gt;So far I've had no luck in setting up my new iX6820.&amp;nbsp; I keep receiving the following error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Runtime Error!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Program: D:\win\tuto\startHTML.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please contact the application support team for more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'e attempted to install from the supplied DVD and also downloading the drivers directly from Canon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also attempted to install with a direct USB Connection and also using the WIfi with no change in error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Elroy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure which driver you tried to install from the Canon site but I am going to post a link below&amp;nbsp;for just the printer driver below. After the file downloads, right click on the file and select "run as admin". If the file still fails to install, please reply with the error message or code that appears. Since this is a file from the site and no the CD you should not get the same D:\win\tuto\startHTML.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="no-padding-top"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="clearfix"&gt;&lt;A href="http://pdisp01.c-wss.com/gdl/WWUFORedirectTarget.do?id=MDEwMDAwNjgzMTAy&amp;amp;cmp=ABR&amp;amp;lang=EN" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;p86l-win-ix6800-1_02-ea33_3.exe&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
