The hardver of the MF4870w is detected (including the scanner), but I can not scan with it. The software does see the scanner, but when I scan nothing happens.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I use windows 8.1 64 bit (no software worked from the included CD) and use the drivers and software form the homepage.
