    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to scan with MX392 and just get message "please wait awhile" - I have turned off and on the scanner, rebooted the computer - continue to get same message. Please advise = i have never been able to scan with this printer/scanner/fax.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
