    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have MAC OS 10.6.8. &amp;nbsp;The machines seems to do everything right but I get blank pages. &amp;nbsp;I can still print. &amp;nbsp;Is it possible I have a bad scanner?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi marvistamike,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like&amp;nbsp;to have you print a nozzle check pattern from the printer to see if all of the inkjet nozzles are dispensing the ink correctly. &amp;nbsp;To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Press the &lt;STRONG&gt;Menu&lt;/STRONG&gt; button repeatedly until &lt;STRONG&gt;Maintenance&lt;/STRONG&gt; appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Use the&amp;nbsp;left or right arrow&amp;nbsp;buttons to select &lt;STRONG&gt;Nozzle check&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then&amp;nbsp;press the &lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt; button.&amp;nbsp;The nozzle check pattern will be printed.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Examine the nozzle check pattern that printed and compare it to the image below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG title="" border="0" src="http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/storage/1/kb/attachments/ServiceWareImages/LDImages/WSSS/NewWSSSImages/G0069992.jpg" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did the nozzle check pattern print correctly, including the black grid at the top above the colors?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you try to scan a document into your computer, does the image appear correctly on your screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We look forward to hearing from you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a time-sensitive matter, additional support options are available at &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;</description>
