    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi nannam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following to get the printer online:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. On your keyboard, hold the Windows key and press " X ".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Click CONTROL PANEL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Select DEVICES AND PRINTERS. The Devices and printers window opens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;4. Right-click over the PIXMA MX892 printer and click Printer Properties.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Click the Ports tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Make sure that the checkmark is on the port that starts with CNBJNP, then click OK and try to print. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the CNBJNP port was already selected, please try right-clicking the MX892&amp;nbsp;printer and then select&amp;nbsp;See Whats Printing to open the print queue. &amp;nbsp;When the print queue opens, click Printer at the top of the window and if a checkmark appears next to "Use Printer Offline", click&amp;nbsp;on it to deselect it, then try printing again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;MX892 is showing offline whether I connect over wifi or using a wired connection. &amp;nbsp;I am using a Windows8.1 laptop and my lapop detects the printer - but when I print, the print queue dialog shows the printer as being offline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any recommendations?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
