    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just started working again...no idea why. didn't do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Forced QUIT' the application instead of letting it close on its own when you normally click 'close' or 'try again'. and then it was working again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pixma MG5550 scan suddenly stopped work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I scanned last week. Today I tried to scan, with nothing havng been changed, and now it doesn't work. I receive error code messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Code:15,157,1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The wifi, the router, the passwords are all fine. The signal is 100%. The router appears in printer display. The Wifi is on on the computer. Just the macbook 10.9.4 OS X says 'searching for scanning device' &amp;nbsp;and then I get the code message...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does print via wifi....so it is something just with the scanner. &amp;nbsp;Printer is a few months old...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
