    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi gracet,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since&amp;nbsp;you have already&amp;nbsp;verified that all of the protective materials has been removed from the inside of the printer, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. &amp;nbsp;If you still receive the error, the printer will require servicing. &amp;nbsp;Please call or email us at one of the methods on the &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page to obtain your servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just turned it on to install everything. Get 5101: "protective material on holder" message on printer. But I removed &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;All&lt;/SPAN&gt; plastic&amp;nbsp;and orange tape!&amp;nbsp;Even got a&amp;nbsp;flashlight to&amp;nbsp;look inside entire thing. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Help please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
