    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help Please!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running windows 10 (problem was happening on my Windows 7 machine as well.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Test print and nozzle cleaning successful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Prints color images fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. When printing an email, it only prints color images, no text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Inks are canon brand and have ink.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Drivers have been updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do? I don't want to junk a printer that is not broken. It was working fine and then stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hannah&lt;/P&gt;</description>
