    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;I own Canon MF4780W used to work fine (connected with USB cable). With no changes on my PC (Win. 7 32bit) MF Tool Box 4.9 is not working now and I can't scan anymore. I get this error message "&lt;SPAN style="color: #000080;"&gt;MF Toolbox Application has stopped working&lt;/SPAN&gt;". I used to be able to push the key &lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #800000;"&gt;SCAN to PC1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; on my device but now this not working too. No printing issue. Just scan problem. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Already uninstalled MFTool 4.9 and re-installed. Updated with the latest version...! Did not work.
