    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX870 suddenly will not print.&amp;nbsp; I've cleaned and run tests. The test colors appear to be fine.&amp;nbsp; I use Canon cartridges.&amp;nbsp; When I lift the cover they are all lit up.&amp;nbsp; I can't remember if that's normal or not.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&amp;nbsp; This printer is not that old and it doesn't get used all that frequently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
