      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Operating system is Windows 8,&amp;nbsp; have not received any error messages just the offline on the print sreen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can scan with it using the &amp;nbsp;cannon quick menu.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem- the printer is always "offline" or can't be located. I have a new macbook air, ipad, sony viao, none of these computers are ever able to find this printer, it is maddening and it doesn't work. Worst printer ever.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
