      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Dear for your message. It was kind of you to response so quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &lt;U&gt;I have a Pixma MX892 and use the Windows-7 OS.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;I checked the cartridges twice to make sure that they were properly seated in there slots. All cartridges had ink in them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The page I'm printing currently:&lt;A href="http://designsbyjoy.net/Light_Filters.htm" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" size="4" face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" size="4" face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000ff" size="4" face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;http://designsbyjoy.net/Light_Filters.htm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;I tried printing 2 different web pages and they both came out &lt;STRONG&gt;Cyan.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. I then tried "Copy" with a colored page and that came out &lt;STRONG&gt;Cyan&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. I tried "Copy" in B&amp;amp;W with the same colored page and that came out "OK."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. I then connected &lt;STRONG&gt;another &lt;/STRONG&gt;MX892 and was able to "Copy" and "Print" in color.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good one! Ada.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
