    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine will also no longer scan.&amp;nbsp; It is connected wirelessly.&amp;nbsp; When I press scan start button on printer, message says "Set the&amp;nbsp; PC to start scanning"&amp;nbsp; Clicking on Canon IJ Network Utilities on PC, then Canon IJ Network Scan Utilitiy does nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MG5220 USB connected will not scan, even with MP Navigator launched manually. &amp;nbsp;Seems functionality died after performing Windows 7 (x64) OS updates. &amp;nbsp;MAC OS can scan just fine through USB. &amp;nbsp;Performed Win7 OS updates 11Jun2014.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This was resolved after the latest round of MS updates. &amp;nbsp;Windows must have put out a fix. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
