    <description>I've had this printer since early 2012 and never had an issue with it. I tried to print something but as soon as I turned it on I was met with this error. I've tried many websites and other forum posts but none worked for my printer. I've unplugged it and cleaned out the head but it still does nothing. I have no more ideas. Help!</description>
