      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MX432, the was working a few days ago now both my W8 and husbands W7 laptops were showing it offline, we both uninstalled drivers and software and attempted to reinstall it both the printer is not showing, weve verified the WLAN setup within the printer is all correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am having the same issue, i have a surface pro and i have installed all of the lastest drivers. The printer keeps going offline and i keep having to uninstall and reinstall the software and drivers to make it work again. Any updates?</description>
