No matter how often I raise and lower the cover, the head remain stuck on the far right.

Hi mgordon75,

Please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on and lift the printer cover. If the inks still do not move to the center, please reply with any error code that may be displaying on the printer and we will be happy to further assist you.
