    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;For the last two weeks, the printer driver refuses to print. To clarify: It wants to "print" to a file. Canon tech support has advised me to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, which I've done several times, to no avail. This is incredibly frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Any advice will be appreciated.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon PIXMA MX922 printer.&amp;nbsp; The operating system on my computer is Windows 8.&amp;nbsp; The connection from the computer to the printer is wired Ethernet (via a router).&amp;nbsp; We've tested two computers that are running Windows 7, and both of those are able to print to this printer.&amp;nbsp; So, I'm guessing that there is a problem with Canon's Windows 8 driver for this printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phillip&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dr. Phillip M.
