      <description>&lt;P&gt;every time I try to print I get the error "printer cannot find Word-[file name]"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no error messages on the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and updated the firmware&lt;/P&gt;</description>
