    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &amp;nbsp;i need &amp;nbsp;your help,my &amp;nbsp;canon iR1024i &amp;nbsp;has &amp;nbsp;failed &amp;nbsp;to print &amp;nbsp;completely &amp;nbsp;even &amp;nbsp;after trying &amp;nbsp;to &amp;nbsp;reinstall &amp;nbsp;the &amp;nbsp;software &amp;nbsp;but &amp;nbsp;copy &amp;nbsp;is &amp;nbsp;ok,what &amp;nbsp;could &amp;nbsp;be &amp;nbsp;the &amp;nbsp;cause?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;am &amp;nbsp;depressed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I machine Canon iR1024i.&lt;BR /&gt;I can not establish a network to network scan.&lt;BR /&gt;Fits on MFP ip address, install utilities iR ToolBox for a computer Win.7x64. run utilities, click scan and it gives me an error (A supported scanner is not installed. Please install a supported scanner, and then restart Toolbox.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prompt that I'm not so divide and how do I fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
