      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this problem at the moment. My computer is a Mac OS X, Version 10.7.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had no problem for 3 years and this Error Message 2.249.1 just suddenly popped up and I can't understand why. I have no other application connected &amp;amp; I am the only user of this computer &amp;amp; scanner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent half a day trying to resolve this problem - what finally worked was to uninstall the drivers and then reinstall making sure that I had the correct OS. the problem only appeared when I updated to Maverick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mary Lou&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
