    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Glenn!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be glad to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that one of the buttons on the control panel may be sticking and causing the error.&amp;nbsp; I recommend powering off the machine and unplugging it from the wall.&amp;nbsp; Once the unit is unplugged, press all of the buttons on the control panel, starting left to right, one at a time.&amp;nbsp; Next, plug the machine back in and power it on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this information is helpful to you.&amp;nbsp; If the error persists, I recommend that you contact us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Image Class multifuntion Printer MF4150</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Copy,Scan,Fax lights all on and cannot do anything.&amp;nbsp; I can print from computer and receive faxs.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions other then buying a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Glenn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
