    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an ImageClass MF5770 &amp;nbsp;multifunction machine with NewSoft PageManager Vs 6.03 as bundled software. Lately, this software will not open and displays an error message of &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Failed to create empty document". I have contacted Canon by eMail and today by live discussion on the phone. I have also contacted NewSoft but due to its age, NewSoft will not help. The call to &amp;nbsp;Canon Live Support today simply told me that there is nothing that can be done. How can a reputable firm sell and deliver a product that suddenly stops working and then tells the customer that nothing can be done to repair it? Has anybody else have this problem and if so, how to repair it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
