    <description>&lt;P&gt;Printon all documents broken up and unreadable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Displaying Error 5100 -&amp;nbsp;A printer error has occurred.&amp;nbsp;Turn printer off &amp;amp; turn back on again.&amp;nbsp;If this doesn't clear the error, see users guide for more detail.&amp;nbsp;Click Support if you cannot clear the error by referring to the user guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned the printer off &amp;amp; turned it on again. I have also cleaned all the nozzles &amp;amp; done realignment. None of these actions have cleared the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not happy &lt;img id="mansad" class="emoticon emoticon-mansad" src="https://community.usa.canon.com/i/smilies/16x16_man-sad.png" alt="Man Sad" title="Man Sad" /&gt; as I am trying to print off a Ryanair Boarding Pass for flights next Monday 1st September and they are unreadable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Until now this printer has performed very well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
