    <description>&lt;P&gt;I reinstalled my Canon MG5320 software and drivers multiple times, and neither the Solution Menu EX nor&amp;nbsp;the MP Navigator EX 5.0 screens appear with the applications start. I have no way to change the destination file for my scanned images.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The solution I've been looking for is described here: &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://justinsmind.wordpress.com/2010/09/18/mp-navigator-ex-not-running-correctly-with-windows-7/"&gt;http://justinsmind.wordpress.com/2010/09/18/mp-navigator-ex-not-running-correctly-with-windows-7/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem was a leftover Dell All in One folder in the twain_32 folder. After removing those old Dell files, the Canon software installed correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This looks like a problem experienced by many users.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
