So I reported my problem. Reporting/complaing does nothing for me. How am I suposed to get help?

With the error you are receiving, the printer will most likely require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.

It took Canon 2 months to get back to me on this question. I u-tubed the question and it seemed that when the error message B200 came up.....their answer was to just smash the Printer to the ground. Piece of trash... IN the mean time I bought an EPSON xp 410 wireless printer for 50 bucks and man does that baby work like a charm.
