IP7220 not printing cyan at all.

I ran cleaning twice followed by deep cleaning then replaced cyan cart. w/ no improvement. Please help. (WHEN IT WORKS, I LOVE THE PRINTER.) Thanks, Ken

Ken,

Some people have also successfully cleaned their print heads (if clogged) using distilled or de-ionized water (shallow bath). The print head doesn't have a bunch of moving parts, but remains delicate. I would not perform the cleaning unless you are prepared to purchased a replacement should it come to that.

Is the part available and, if so, how expensive? Can you point to a tutorial for cleaning?
