    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with network scanning and I wonder if you can help me. I will describe it as good as I can&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS: Win 8.1 x64&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanner MF9220dcn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;installed the latest driver from Canon Website&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed Color Network ScanGear 2 Tool&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The symptoms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I open&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Network ScanGear 2 Tool, I press Discover and the tool finds my device, but when I press the Select button, nothing is happening. I don't get any error, but it just doesn't work&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The printer works very well&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you have any idea how can I solve this specifica problem or at least what additional debugging should I try in order to find out what's wrong ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
