MF4880dw 2sided copy options missing?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum section, just seemed like the right place to put it.

I got the imageclass mf4880dw printer/copier so I could copy double sided papers double sided. But when I went to select the option from the " 2 sided:" selection, all that was there was " 1->2-sided" as an option to choose.

I have googled it multiple ways and couldnt find any mention of this problem, so i am inclined to say it is user error. If it is user error, could someone correct my mistake.

The imageCLASS MF4880dw does not support duplex copying. This feature is supported with the imageCLASS MF4890dw.
