https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Desktop-Inkjet-Printers/Image-Class-MF-4880dw/m-p/107881#M32040 <P>I just got thisfor myi home office to replace an older Canon MF printer that somehow lost its fax capability.&nbsp; I am trying to figure out a few things about the fax functions:</P><P>1.&nbsp; How can I keep the maching from answering the phone?&nbsp; For fax I use the maching for sending only--and not that often.&nbsp; And they are sent through my "voice" VOIP phone line.&nbsp; I have a separate fax number but not an actual fax phone line.&nbsp; The occasional faxes sent to me go through a service and appear in my email wherever I happen to be.
