    <description>&lt;P&gt;Rather than tell me to contact support, which I would have done if you guys are open weekends whe ni had the problem, I would have appreciated more n explanation of what actually happened and what my recourses were for remedy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I still have a problem with Canon, because of a no-answer answer from you. Sorry, but if you gave me the data I could think and/or act with, it would be better,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like pages of others, my MX892 has shut off mid-printing. And Support is not open, not is there apparently any good fix for this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goodbye Canon, hello HP (again). &amp;nbsp;Anyone need 892 ink cartridges?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
